Mine Rescue Training
We provide training to your Mine Rescue team so they have all the skills they need to respond in an emergency. We cover basic mine rescue skills, rescue techniques, life saving skills, and first aid basics through intensive training and hands-on practice scenarios.
Mine Rescue Support
Don’t have a Mine Rescue team? We may be able to support your mine by offering mine rescue services through a contract agreement.
Safety Training
Companies, contractors, and individuals can obtain Mine Safety Health Administration (MSHA) required training through the Tennessee Mine Rescue Association. We offer training in Part 46 Mine Safety, Part 48 Surface/Underground Miner Training, New Miner Training, and Annual Refresher Training for both surface and underground operations.
Technical Rescue Skills
Our members like to go beyond just the basics. We are trained in rope rescue, advanced medical techniques, vehicle extraction, HAZMAT, incident command, confined spaces, and firefighting. We are Emergency Medical Responders, Emergency Medical Technicians, and volunteer firefighters who have won awards honing our skills. We can help you get your technical rescue skills to the next level.
